Partner Earnings

You earn a commission on every completed sale made through your storefront. Your commission terms are set with each merchant you connect with, so different connections can earn at different rates.

How you earn

• A fan shops on your storefront through the embedded OnAnthem experience, without leaving your site.
• When they check out, your commission is calculated from the terms set for that merchant connection.
• Commission is based on the product subtotal for each order — it does not include shipping or taxes.
• Each order records the commission you earned, tied to the specific sale.

When you get paid

• Commission is earned once the merchant fulfills the order.
• Partner payouts are released about 30 days after the order ships, then sent to your connected bank account through Stripe.
• If an order is refunded, the related commission is reversed.

Tracking your earnings

• Your OnAnthem dashboard shows the commissions generated from sales on your storefront.
• Earnings are tied to specific orders and products, so you can see which merchants, events, or items drive the most revenue.
