Connecting With Merchants

To feature a merchant’s products, you first need to connect with them. Once the connection is approved, the merchant can choose which products to make available to you.

Send a connection request

1. Go to Merchants from your OnAnthem dashboard.
2. Browse or search for the merchant you want to work with.
3. Open the merchant’s profile and send a connection request.
4. The merchant will receive the request and can approve or decline it.

What the merchant sees

On the merchant side, they can view partners from the Partners section of their dashboard. This is where they can review available partners, manage connections, and connect with your organization.

This means the merchant can also start the connection from their side by finding your organization and clicking Connect.

After you connect

Once the connection is approved:

• The connection becomes active between you and the merchant.
• The merchant chooses which products they want to make available to you.
• Depending on their setup, they can share all products, specific collections, or individual products.
• You can then feature the products they have made available through your storefront.

Good to know

• Either you or the merchant can start the connection.
• The connection must be approved before you can feature or sell the merchant’s products.
• Connecting does not automatically give you access to every product the merchant sells.
• The merchant controls which products are available to you and can update them at any time.
• Either side can end the connection.
