Payout Schedule

Learn when your payouts are released and how your hold period shortens over time.

Your earnings from each order are paid out once shipping has completed and a short hold period has passed. The hold period gets shorter as your account builds a track record on OnAnthem.

  1. Shipping has completed. With a tracking number, that’s when the carrier confirms delivery — or, once your account is established, as soon as you fulfill. Without a tracking number, that is 14 days after fulfillment. If the carrier reports a return or failed delivery, the payout is held for review.
  2. Your account’s hold period must end.

Hold periods

Your hold period is based on your account history.

New merchants start with a seven-day hold. As you complete more orders and maintain a low dispute rate, your hold period may shorten.

Account standingHow you qualifyHold after payment
New accountAll new merchants start here7 days
EstablishedA history of completed orders and low disputes2 days
TrustedA longer track record of reliable, low-dispute sales1 day

Because the hold begins at payment, it will often end before the order clears shipping.

After your payout is released

Once both requirements are met, OnAnthem sends the payout to your connected bank account through Stripe. Stripe deposits your balance weekly on Fridays. The time it takes to reach your account depends on your bank.

Good to know

  • Payouts are never released before an order is fulfilled and shipping is complete.
  • Adding tracking and fulfilling orders promptly will help you receive payouts sooner.
  • Payouts for orders with open disputes are held until the dispute is resolved. If a dispute is lost, the disputed amount plus the dispute fee are charged back to you.
  • You can view each order’s payout status and estimated payout date in your OnAnthem dashboard.
