How Commission Works

Every partner connection on OnAnthem has its own commission terms. These terms determine how revenue from orders placed through that partner is divided between you, the partner, and OnAnthem.

How commission is calculated

• When a customer places an order through a partner, OnAnthem applies that connection's commission terms automatically.
• Commission is settled from the buyer's purchase — you're never invoiced for it.
• The partner commission and the OnAnthem marketplace commission are each calculated as a percentage of the product subtotal.
• Shipping and taxes are not included in the commission calculation.

Updating commission terms

• You and a partner can agree to different commission terms at any time.
• Changes apply only to new orders.
• Existing orders keep the commission terms that were active when they were placed.

Good to know

• Each partner connection is managed independently, so you can set different terms for different partners, campaigns, or events.
• Commission is always calculated from the terms active at the time of sale.
