Earnings Schedule
Learn when merchant payouts are released on OnAnthem and how your hold period shortens over time.
Your earnings from each order are paid out after the order is fulfilled and a short hold period has passed. The hold period gets shorter as your account builds a track record on OnAnthem.
When a payout is released
An order becomes eligible for payout once both of these are true:
- The order has been fulfilled.
- The hold period for your account has passed.
Once an order is eligible, OnAnthem sends the payout to your connected bank account through Stripe.
Hold periods
Your hold period is based on your account's standing. New accounts start with a longer hold, which shortens as you complete more orders and maintain a low dispute and refund rate.
| Standing | How you qualify | Hold after fulfillment |
|---|---|---|
| New account | All new merchants start here | 7 days |
| Established | A history of completed orders and low disputes | 2 days |
| Trusted | A longer track record of reliable, low-dispute sales | 1 day |
Good to know
- Payouts are never released before an order is fulfilled — fulfillment starts the hold period.
- An order with an open dispute is held until the dispute is resolved.
- Once a payout is sent, arrival time depends on your bank and Stripe's standard processing.
- You can see the status of each order’s payout in your OnAnthem dashboard.
