Approving Commission Changes

When a partner wants to change the terms of your connection, they send you a change request to review. The current terms stay in effect until you approve it.

Reviewing a request

• You're notified by email and in your OnAnthem dashboard when a partner sends a request.
• Open the request to compare the current terms with the proposed terms side by side.
• Choose Approve or Reject.

If you approve

• The proposed terms take effect immediately for that connection.
• They apply only to new orders — orders already placed keep the terms that were active at the time.
• The partner is notified that you approved the change.

If you reject

• Your current terms stay in place, unchanged.
• You can include a reason, which is shared with the partner.
• The partner is notified that you declined the change.

Good to know

• While a request is pending, your existing terms remain fully active.
• Once you've responded, a request can't be changed.
