You can track the status of every merchant connection request from your dashboard.
Check a request
- Go to your dashboard to see your connection requests and their current status.
- Each request shows as pending, approved, or declined, and updates as the merchant responds.
Good to know
- Only approved connections let you feature and sell a merchant’s products.
- A declined request can be followed up with the merchant directly, or you can request a connection again later.
