Orders and Fulfillment

Orders placed through OnAnthem appear in your Orders tab, and sync automatically to your connected Shopify store, where they can be managed alongside your other orders.

Fulfilling orders

• Fulfill OnAnthem orders using your store's standard fulfillment workflow in Shopify — pick, pack, ship, and add tracking as you normally would.
• When you mark the order fulfilled in Shopify, the status syncs back to OnAnthem automatically.
• You don't need a separate workflow for OnAnthem orders — everything runs through your existing Shopify tools.

Good to know

• OnAnthem keeps fulfillment status synchronized automatically once you fulfill in Shopify.
• Payouts are released after an order has been fulfilled, according to your Earnings Schedule.
