How To Connect Your Shopify Store

OnAnthem connects to Shopify to keep your catalog, inventory, and order data in sync. To get started, install the OnAnthem sales channel from the Shopify App Store.

Install OnAnthem

1. From Shopify admin, go to Settings → Apps and sales channels → Shopify App Store.
2. Search for OnAnthem and open the listing.
3. Click Add sales channel.
4. Review and approve the requested permissions.

Complete setup

After installation, open OnAnthem from the Shopify admin sidebar and complete the setup checklist:

• Select the products or collections to share
• Review your store policies
• Connect an account for payouts
• Review and accept the merchant terms

After setup is complete, your store is connected.

Shopify remains the source of truth for your products, inventory, and fulfillment. OnAnthem syncs catalog and order data automatically.

Remove OnAnthem

If you remove OnAnthem from Shopify, synced products are removed from OnAnthem and active partner connections are paused.

Your payout setup and account verification are not affected. If you reconnect later, you can continue using the same payout account.
